Did you know that Happiness is a skill?
And just like any skill, it actually takes some practice to make it a habit.
Contrary to what many people believe, researchers are discovering that happiness isn't just a feeling..
The feeling of overall Happiness that many of us seek is actually much more than an emotion, happiness is a habitual state of being.
If you know anything about habits, you already know that habits form over time with repetition. The longer you practice something, the better you get. The more awareness and energy you invest in something, the more expertise you acquire.
And so, if happiness is a skill that requires a certain amount of practice and training.. ask yourself honestly .. how much training have you actually had?
How many classes in school were dedicated to joy? How many trainings have you done? How much time a week do you spend exercising happiness?
We can't run a marathon without training.
We can't master chess without practice.
We can't achieve a consistent state of being without first making it a daily habit.
This is what Happiness Training is all about.
Over the course of 4 weeks you will learn the
4 Fundamentals of Habitual Happiness and you will be given daily invitations to bring awareness to your thoughts and the subconscious structures that are supporting your current state of being.
With this new awareness, you will be assigned music and micromeditations that you will then use to re-train your brain.
Using principles of neuroplasticity, learning and association, we can actually harness your mind's habitual nature in your favour. Practising intentional thought during strategic times of time day as well as using sound and rhythm, we can actually access the subconscious and work directly in your operating system to create permanent and tangible shifts in awareness, attitude and state of being.
The best part? We will actually use your existing routines and daily habits as part of the re-programming. Not much in your life will have to change and yet you'll feel deeply changed. Our microlessons are short and can be listened to in the car or while you make supper. Our micro meditations are quick and easy to do. The music, well that will change your life and all you have to do is listen.
The truth is that Happiness is an inside job. It's us who complicate it by looking outside of ourselves for it. Its us who pursue it without even really understanding it. Its us who expect to just be experts without investing time and energy into it. And so here begins the real training. Join us.
